Staging a Kitchen
Accentuate the light, the beautiful light fixture and the hardwoods through use of new paint on the walls, modern and colorful rug and cleaning all windows.
Adding color & texture
to casual space
Utilizing more color and merging new pieces, such as this chair from West Elm, with the homeowners' leather loveseat and handmade coffee table was the directive. The blue side table was a flea market find and provides ample space for drinks and beloved travel souvenirs. The blue and yellow wool rug brightens up the neutrals of the furniture and the walls.
Staging for open concept
The Nashville real estate market
Showcasing a gorgeous condo in one of the top zip codes may seem like an easy task. This isn't always true. Specific furniture, colors and arrangement can make all of the difference!
Once staged, this property had an offer in hours and the new buyers are excited to start their life in Green Hills.
The client wanted to create a hallway in this wide historic living room so I added a beautiful hand made narrow console to fit the space without overwhelming the room. A blue rug runner, vases and four map prints on the wall fill in the foyer to create a more impactful entrance for guests without hindering flow.
Staging A Bedroom
Accentuating the features of a master bedroom in historic home
This home in Nashville's
Hillsboro-West End neighborhood
had a contract in less than 48 hours.
Previously the walls were empty, so prior
to listing, I added the rooster painting for
color, humor and lifting the eye to the
beautiful blue ceiling. Since this is a stage project, the buyer's eye should be directed toward the home and its features. The
crisp white linens were added to contrast
with the gorgeous hardwoods and reflect the homeowners' meticulous care of this property.
